My husband and I had visited several car showrooms in search of a car suitable for me. In some of the showrooms we felt no customer service was available and that no one came to our assistance when we walked around.
Our last place of visit was The Car People. Wow there were loads of cars, we didn't know where to start. The good thing was the sections how cars were parked really helped. We were after a family MPV type car.
As we were walking through a sales assistant came to us and directed us directly to the types of cars we were interested in, he stood to one side and left us to carry on, we felt extremely comfortable and not pressured. As soon as we saw the car we liked he was at our beck and call.
We took one look in the car and loved it. The best thing was we didn't once feel pressured. Manley was the name of the person who dealt with us. He made us feel at ease, explained the process and procedure very clearly. He built rapor with us which was fantastic! Although we were in the showroom with him for some time going over everything and arranging when we can collect the car, the time flew.
We had a brilliant experience, fantastic customer service. Each person was treated like a person not a number pushing for a sale.
Collecting the car was so simple. One of the best things was the indoor play area for the kids, my two didn't want to leave. We were part exchanging my car, they bought the car around for us and took the car seats out and placed them into the new one. All I can say is a BIG THANK YOU. I love my new car and will defiantly return.
