Excellent From Start T0 Finish

I have recently retired from work where I was provided with a new car every three years. I always chose an Audi A4. Having returned the car to work I visited The Car People after a not so good experience at a main dealer. I was greeted by a very friendly Sales Person, He then left Me free to walk around the hundreds of cars available. I looked at many cars but I really wanted an A4 but thought this would be out of my price range. I then saw the A4 that had all the equipment that I wanted. I then approached the same sales person that had previously greeted me. he was not pushy in anyway whatsoever and offered a test drive that I agreed to, again no pressure. After conversations I decided I wanted the car and sat down with the Sales Person to agree the sale. His attitude was perfect and I can assure you I pestered Him for two hours in which He visited His Line Manager on three occasions to help seal the deal. After all this time I decided to buy although I went higher than my budget, the reason for this was the professional attitude that He displayed all through the process. The next day I collected the car and a different member of staff dealt with the handover, again this was a friendly and professional manner. The next day I had a knocking at the rear of the car. I have always believed a good Company is a very good Company if the deal with a problem, and they certainly did that. I rang the Service Manager who could not have looked after me any better, in addition he corrected the problem immediately.
