I have been waiting over 4 months for the refund of a auto protect policy from motor point. upon reporting the death of my brother I was informed by email that a full refund would be made to his estate.
I have since been passed from pillar to post to no avail.
I would advise anybody to look elsewhere for gap insurance.
I will be putting a small claim in to the county court today.
