Bought my car from MotorPoint in 2014 was so happy with the way I was treated and I was able to drive my new car home that day (very impressed) well that was until my agreement was up and it was time to trade mine in for a new car after numerous calls from MotorPoint advising me to come in and have a chat with the hope of trading mine in for a new car I decided to pop in the first time all the staff was that busy it was like we was invisible so left we tried again a couple of weeks later chose a car I liked sat down to discuss the boomerang deal to find out my guaranteed future value wasn't enough to make a trade although my car is in very good condition they just didn't want to know they then took the keys to another customer which I thought was very rude absolute waste of time going back feel like I've been shafted by MotorPoint. Will not be going back just be careful when signing these boomerang agreements they don't do what they promise
