I was issued the wrong spare key for my Nissan juke when purchased new from motorpoint Derby.
When I reported it they said there is nothing they could do even though it was their mistake because I did not report it straight away.
Very poor customer service from a loyal customer who has spent over 40k over the last 2 years.
