Bought a vauxhall igsignia 8 weeks ago. In day of purchase fault evident,took back to motorpoint and told to take it to dealer. Eventually got it into dealer where 2 further faults had developed within the 2 weeks it took to get it booked in with dealer. Sent to dealer again as faults still there after 1st visit. Rang motorpoint who took car to their dealer. Had car for 8 days. One problem still remains and they are refusing to take the car back and provide a refund,despite having an opportunity to fix it. Disgusting service. They are not bothered now they have our money. Will never use them again and would definitely not recommend to anyone.
