The customer service was excellent throughout the whole process. The price was amazing in comparison to other car dealerships. After waiting an additional 40 minutes for my new car to be 'cleaned' I got in it ready to drive away and it was filthy. They hadn't even bothered to give it a quick hoover or wipe the thick layer of dust that covered most surfaces. It was such a shame given the excellent experience up to that point. I did complain to a member of staff who informed me someone would contact me. I haven't received any correspondence yet about it. They did offer to send it back to be cleaned at the time if I was prepared to wait another 30-60minutes for this. Needless to say we left with a dirty car but otherwise happy.
