The transaction went very smoothly and I am very pleased with my Focus.I would have given a five but I didn't expect to have to wait for my spare key, handbook and my SDI card for my satnav.The most annoying thing was on the day of purchase my specification car was selling £200 cheaper,when I raised this issue the manager at Derby would not enter into any negotiations over this.If I hadn't driven from Liverpool I would have backed out of the deal.I have sent two emails about this and not received any reply and discussed it with a guy making a curtesy call to me.Overall I am pleased apart from these issues

These issues are now being resolved a sign of a very good company and would definitely use again.
