Really felt at ease when choosing a car, no pressure to buy. Staff really helpful, not pushy. I was disappointed when i went to collect the car, I booked in a time slot, or so I thought , as I was pushed for time, I was assured by the salesMan when I booked in the day before that I would be dealt with immediately upon arrival and It would only take 30 minutes to do the paperwork. When I arrived I asked for the salesman who told me to book in, I asked why I wasn't being dealt with as it was my allotted time slot. I was informed that this was the process, I waited for 45 minutes and then complained again. I was finally seen around 4.30pm, I finally left the garage at 5.45pm. I was really not impressed however I am please with the car. I would have liked the salesman to have told me that t may not be seen straight away and what the process actually was. I finished work early that day only to sit in the coffee shop for 1 hour waiting.
