We had a good idea what car we wanted and a salesman was instantly on hand to help out. We were pointed us in the right direction and left to it, but he was available immediately when we were ready.

The car had to be transported from another site and the only issue we had was that when we returned the following week to test drive, due to it being busy and short staffed, we waited an hour beyond the scheduled time before giving up for another day. However, what the car was priced at made this a relatively minor inconvenience.

Overall, a smooth process from start to finish with salesman not trying to push the point when you'd made your mind up, be it on add-on features or finance.
