saw a lovely car, purchased it, paid a fortune for finance so i could get car of my dreams, had to pay for extra warranty which isnt worth much, had the final sales person try to make me pay for 6 months car tax when there was only 5 months left on the car so i refused and told her i would rather drive it home with nothing on the car & then sort it out - soon took off the cost of a months car tax! when i got home, realised it wasnt quite as good as it seemed, had burning smell from car engine sometimes, door lock wasnt working properly & sometimes i could only open the door from the other side and had to climb over! requested info regarding the 'check' (notice, this is loosely suggested as a check as i dont believe they did anything for the 70 odd quid i had to pay for the preperation of the car, which took a week & considering the valeted it, i still found someone elses rubbish in the car under the driver seat!!! less than a year on, i have had to pay around 1000 pounds to correct the burning smell that was there when i purchased it & to replace EVERTHING that lives around the rear brakes as they were in such a dangerous condition that the car should not have been on the road (this should have been spotted before i purchased the car as i have driven less than 4000 miles & am not hard on my brakes)..... PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM HERE & IF YOU WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU GET A DECENT CAR FROM THEM PLEASE PAY AA OR RAC TO CHECK OVER YOUR CAR FIRST!!!!!! would NEVER go back again & am now going to take matters further as they sold me a car not fit to be on the road & if i could rate it as 0 i would!!!
