bought a car from here in august 2012, a vauxhall safira, nice car. At first the experience was great went up had a look no hassle, which was great. Even got the keys to some of the cars so you can have a look inside which was another great thing. So we bought the car salesman was good all went smoothly untill we picked it up and got it home. On day two of having car the battery died had to jump start it, went first go no more problems that day. Day three had to jump start again started first go went out for the day to wirral with my partner and my 5 year old child, the car was great to drive very smooth, parked up left it for a few hours as we went waundering road, came back to car started it, nothing it was dead. Got a jump start from passing motorist and got home. Phoned f.o.w and i was not impressed at all. They came and took it the next day and left us a car for the duration. They phoned us next day and said it was the battery they had replaced it and they also found something was loose on the front wheel and that the tracking was out which they replaced and fixed. Imagine our reaction to this when the car is supposed to go through a 78 point check before car leaves showroom? We where not impressed at all and we didnt even get a manual with the car. So there 78 point check is no good at all cause they only do what feel is neccessary to get your money and get you off site.
