The whole experience at FOW, from walking into the site and looking around was excellent. No hassling salesmen, even the car washers looked happy. we found the car we wanted to see easily, arranged a test drive easily, bought the car, erm, easily. The only downside was the playacting over the sale of the Autoglym lifetime coating, and the extended warranty. Why didn't our (excellent by the way) salesman just tell us what good value the price we eventually agreed to pay was in the first place, because that was the only thing that mildly annoyed me. As for the car itself, (Audi TT roadster)amazing! Beautifully prepared. It had a service before we picked it up, and just what was done was not explained however, that is a mild poor point. Was it just the oil changed, as ticked it the service book, or a full Audi style service?? I don't know. Never mind, I haveno hesitation in awarding 9.75 out of ten. Well done, and i'll be back next time.
