I bought a car from Direct Cars. After less than 1 week I began to get creaking noise from my brakes. I live 125 miles away so went to my local garage who said brakes where damaged. Made more than 20 calls, promised calls never returned! Excuses of reasons for non replies. An admission that the car may have missed the checks necessary before leaving the site....finally resolved when I contacted the BBC, trading standards and my solicitor! Painful experience - BEWARE!!!
