After purchasing a vehicle with only 12500 miles on the clock I drove away with barely enough fuel to get me to nearest petrol station & discovered the sensors were not operating, a tyre was just about legal, parts missing from boot and then problems with brakes. I called numerous times & was promised all backs (never materialised) eventually I got through to service who advised they couldnt look at the car for over a week after further discussion they agreed to replace tyre within the week to come down first thing I arrived to be told they could not say how long car would be, had I known this I would have arranged alternative travel home! I asked to see Service Manager who was no help at all so my 42mile round trip was futile. I also asked to speak to a Director but was advised there wasn't one available, customer service very poor if you want after sales service forget this place!!!
