We were greeted in a friendly manner and given a brief explanation of what to expect. We were then sent to look around the vehicles for a while. The original salesman then approached and asked questions to ascertain our needs / budget etc. We were then shown a number of choices at different prices around our budget. Our ideal car wasn't in stock but was available at another showroom 50 miles away. I was invited to drive a similar model there and the target vehicle back. The excellent condition and the extensive trial swayed it for me and we finalised the deal the next evening after work. The salesman came in on his day off especially to ensure we got the deal done at my convenience. A week later and I have no regrets and would recommend Carcraft to friends and family.
