We had really good customer service at Carcraft in Chertsey. All of the staff were welcoming and not pushy at all. We were given plenty of time to look at the cars we wanted to see. I am so pleased with the car that I got, there is just one niggle with the car and that is that the drivers seatbelt clasp keeps coming undone but I will give them a call and have no doubt they will be able to sort this for me. We were given lots of information and details about the service offered and to be honest their package is pretty fantastic.
