The whole process took a couple of hours but it was so easy. The young sales rep was polite and friendly he took our details and was happy to show us around and used the computer to select what we were looking for. When it came to the part about making the deal he did need to refer to his managers for confirmation and I felt a bit sorry for him but he was young and making a decision about money was obviously out of his control. We went for a test drive and I thought it would be just around the block but we did a good circuit of country roads and dual carriage ways so that was good.

If you want to make a deal there and then you do need to bring the necessary documentation but thats all clearly stated on their website. The only part that did seem to drag on a bit was when you have to go into the financial advisors office to sort out temporary insurance and obviously pay! That did seem to drag on a bit but this wasn't the fault of the Car shop more the insurance people. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful, I know they were making money from us but we did feel that we got a good deal. Plus it saved a lot of hassel in having to sell your old car. They auction off your second hand car if its not a fairly new car and you get an average auction price for the car. You could probably make more money if you sold your car privately but for the sheer convenience and speed of transaction I would certainly use the car shop again.
