Hi there, I purchased 2 Citroen c1..sales was good with no problems, was informed about the money back guarantee if vehicles was not satifactory. I returned one of the vehicles. From car shop to my house the distance is 14 miles, 14 miles back to carshop. Totalling 28 miles exactly! They charged me nearly £300.00 for the mileage even after I questioned it, and where they asked me to sign in noted thismon one of there form they said they would look at the mileage and let me know. They didn't contact me they just sent a cheque back which was in the wrong name! minus the mileage of nearly £300.00 The other car we kept but after signinging all the documents for the vehical they told me they did not have the log book and I would receive it in a few day! 2 and half weeks later still no joy! Called car shop several times and all they said is on every occassion they will look into it and call me back! I'm still waiting after one week and still no log book...so I now have a vehical that is stuck on the drive with no tax disc! My last attemp to call them was yesterday and one of the staff told me that the log book "she thinks" could be in the Cardiff shop! but will check it and call me back..I'm still waiting..funny how when they wanted my custom they called when they said and was very prompt. Now they got the sale they are not interested that I now have a vehicle doing nothing! Would never do business with these again! Appalling after care! I am not one to make complaints! BE AWARE GUYS
