Extremely pushy with selling other warranty items after initial deposit - very rude and pushy business manager.

We were told a few fibs to say the least and once the £100.00 refundable deposit was paid, the customer service went flat. No return calls, no answers to emails, rude uninterested staff

We asked for a refund as we were still well within thr 7 day period however they said we would have to have this via a cheque in the post and it could not be refunded onto the card from which it was paid - farce!

BEWARE!! BEWARE!!

We've had a nightmare with them too, we ended up taking our car back after it had nearly £4,000 worth of repair needing doing after 9 weeks of owning, some work covered by warranty but some NOT. They did eventually agree to return the car for an exchange, the exchange car was cheaper, and the same they couldn't or wouldn't refund the difference back on to our switch card?? Every other shops you can so what makes their switch machine different? Then we had to wait almost a week after driving our new car away for them to send a cheque, which first had to come from their head office, then they had to wait for an ops manager to sign it! Then had to wait for it to clear.. I think they just enjoy being awkward and winding their customers up! I'm still waiting for a further cheque from them for the amendment in my insurance which they agreed to pay, guess what more chasing up and time and phone calls! I agree, awful place to buy from, never go there agin, but touch would this car is ok and we do like it!!
