To say I dislike car showrooms and the whole process of buying a car is an understatement; however The Car Shop made the experience much more tolerable. The price you see on the car is the best price they can do and therefore the price you pay so there is no haggling or game playing. Steve Singh was our straight talking salesman and we welcomed this it made the whole process quicker and his non pushy sales technique was a refreshing change. The cars are all inside so there is no braving the elements to spend hours looking for your new vehicle. The staff we dealt with in the customer services/ collect your car area were polite, competent and efficient. We are extremely pleased with our car which is a Volkswagen, so you could argue sells itself but the process was seamless and we drove our car away that day, with the added security of the seven day return policy had we been unhappy with the car. I would be happy to use the car shop again.
