When deciding to buy our car, certain items needed to be put right, this was agreed with the Saleman and his superior. We collected our car 1 week later to find some of these items had not bee put right. However after several calls and bringing the car back to the garage for a day to have the work completed - these items had been done to our satisfaction.
We took out extended warranty but cancelled within a week but had to wait 5 weeks before we were reimbursed the money we had paid out (causing many telephone calls in the meantime).
We are happy with our car now but have had several weeks before we have reached this point.
