“Customer service needs improving.”

When deciding to buy our car, certain items needed to be put right, this was agreed with the Saleman and his superior. We collected our car 1 week later to find some of these items had not bee put right. However after several calls and bringing the car back to the garage for a day to have the work completed - these items had been done to our satisfaction.

We took out extended warranty but cancelled within a week but had to wait 5 weeks before we were reimbursed the money we had paid out (causing many telephone calls in the meantime).

We are happy with our car now but have had several weeks before we have reached this point.

I am having similar problems but they still haven't done the work they said they would!

Good afternoon, please accept Car Shop's sincere apologies for the issues you have raised with purchasing your new vehicle. It seems there has clearly been a breakdown in communication and therefore this needs addressing with the possibility of further training, however, we are pleased the original problems have now been rectified, but agree this should have been done earlier. We also apologise for the delay in the reimbursement of your monies for the RAC warranty but are pleased this has now been resolved. We wish you many happy years of motoring and look forward to seeing you on your next visit.
