“Car shopping at its best!”

My husband and I went to the Car Shop, Doncaster with a type of car and budget in mind. We were greeted at the door by a friendly salesman who took details of what kind of car we had in mind, directed us to the right section and then left us alone to browse (much appreciated!). When we were ready to test drive he was there with the keys and answers to our questions about the car. He let us have a good look around the car and when we identified some minor flaws he contacted the technical department and gave them full details of what needed work. We decided to buy that car and we were taken through the finance application professionally. In short we had a very pleasant experience with guidance and help from professional and friendly people.

As you pointed out, our Customer Consultants offer a warm inviting welcome to potential customers and after taking a few details are able to point customers in the right direction to the vehicle which may be most suited to their requirements. They have a vast knowledge of the cars on site and are therefore able to offer assistance and advice if needed. We encourage customers to test drive their chosen vehicle in order for them to make sure they are fully happy with all aspects of the vehicle before deciding to secure a purchase. Where possible any work agreed prior to the sale will be carried out in order to make the customer as happy as possible and are pleased you were happy with this aspect of the service. We have many finance options available meet with individual circumstances and are happy you found one which suited your needs.
