I visited the Car Shop and was looked after the minute I entered the building. It was easy to speak to the sales rep and he listed to what we wanted. I test drove a few cars and then settled on one. I was clearly told my finance options and it was straightforward with no nonsense.

I liked the no nonsense / no frills approach.

When we met with the financial adviser this was a bit lengthy and I didn't feel a sense of urgency from him. I had two children with me and they were getting very bored with nothing to do. I also didn't feel he was completely honest with me and he told me a different interest rate on the finance than what was on the documentation. He was a little secretive about it all and selling me much more than I really wanted.

I was happy with the amount I got on part exchange of my old vehicle.

The car was ready to collect the next day which was great. But again I had to sit for an hour with the finance person to finalise things and then with the handover people. At the collection point the forms were confusing. Written out in 1st/ 2nd and 3rd person. These didn't make sense.
