Having walked out of a local dealership due to their pushy sales techniques and "I know better than you" attitude, The Car Shop sales person 'Bobby' was a refreshing change and has altered my negative perception of car sales people. The whole experience of purchasing a car from Bobby was relaxed and he gave me plenty of opportunity to look around and consider my options. The purchase details were conducted in private rather than in the showroom, which again, makes a nice change. I am very pleased with my purchase, which was a Fiat 500 with 10 miles on the clock. The only negative point regarding this purchase was a 2 day delay in collecting the car due to the log book not being available. As a result I was promised a couple of cans of fuel to get me on my way. This didn't happen and furthermore I was sent off in my new car with practically no fuel in it's tank on a day when all local filling stations had run out due to an impending strike. However, I would still recommend the car shop to my family and friends.
