“Positive buying experience!”

I recently purchased a car through 'The Car Shop' and have to say that it was overall a very positive experience. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and did their best to answer all my questions and queries. They helped me to find the perfect car and accepted my old car as part exchange. The only things which could have been a little better were the fact that the car came untaxed and also that the finance deal i was offered was not as competitive as i would like. On the whole I am a very happy customer and would definitely recommend 'The Car Shop' to others.

Good afternoon, many thanks for taking the time to post your comments regarding your recent purchase. All our staff are on hand to answer any queries or questions you have regarding the vehicles we have on site. The Customer Consultants are highly trained and offer friendly helpful advice. With regards to the tax on your vehicle, Car Shop do not own the vehicles on site - if we did they would be taxed, however, this would add another keeper to the vehicle and at Car Shop 95% of our vehicles come with only one previous owner. Again, thank you for sharing your experience, we wish you many happy motoring years and hope to see you again when you look to purchase your next vehicle.
