Fab Experience.. Great Customer Service.!

Recently Purchased an Audi A4 from Carshop Cardiff..
My experience as a whole has been brilliant from start to finish.. I was dealt with a lovely young man name Martin who explained all the details of the car I purchased, he was approachable friendly had a lot of knowledge of the car I purchased, not at all was he pushy or the typical salesman we dread. I was able to take my car out for 2 test drives before I made my final decision and purchase my car.
After the big decision was made, was then dealt by a very professional and lovely gentleman called Carl J in the finance department. I had bad credit rating but he was still able to find myself credit. He processed all documents and provide me with such great efficient service and great advice on how to maintain and get value for my money and my car.
Finally when the car was ready and finance sorted I then was dealt by another lovely guy called Perry. He made sure the car was all insured and tax and all other outstanding paperwork for the MOT/Servicing was sorted so I wouldn't have any problems in the future. Everything was sorted in just a few hours whilst in the office and therefore I had nothing else to do but to enjoy my car. It's my first car I purchased with the Cardiff CarShop and I most certainly will be doing all future purchases with them and most definitely will recommend all friends and family to visit the CarShop in Cardiff. The boys provide such amazing and efficient service from start to finish, I can not fault the service and experience I've received.
