We went to the car shop to 'look' at cars as we have always found the staff to be very pushy in the past. However, it had changed a lot from our last visit a few years ago. The foyer was welcoming but still set up for salesmen to grab you before you get to the cars. However, we struck lucky...Tim was helpful, pleasant, knowledgable and a really nice guy. He wasnt at all pushy and we ended up there for hours and test drove 4 different cars and not once did he try to thrust a specific one on us.
