Easy & straightforward

It might have been because it was a Friday, and not a busy time, but had a great experience at Car Giant. I arrived at 12.30 and left three and a half hours later with a new car. At first I was wary of having a salesman accompany me through the process, but in fact it was great to be taken through the valuation for my old car to the selection of vehicles to test drive by one person. What really impressed me though, was the service once I had gone through all the transaction documents and paid for the new vehicle - the staff at the car collection point were delightful, helping me to remove the roof bars from old car to take with me and answering questions before waving me off with a cheerful 'enjoy your new car!'.
It might be that I could have saved a couple of hundred pounds by selling my old car privately and finding myself a new car in the small ads, but the ease of the process of buying at Car Giant and the peace of mind of knowing they had checked the vehicle over for history, major defects etc was worth every penny to me.
