Are they deaf?

Initially I was pretty happy although I also experienced the laughable "price promise" that is worth jack!
I experienced bad customer service from one guy who was incredibly rude to me on a day when I had just attended a family funeral and was completely unsympathetic of my feelings at that time.

Then after more problems occurred I went back and initially they were very good and agreed to look at the car. However they didn't listen to my explanation of the problem and concentrated on an other problem instead. They appear to have fixed said other problem (we'll see how it goes) but not the root problem. The after sales guy I was dealing with was pretty reasonable until I took it back again and met the earlier mentioned rude after sales guy who again didn't listen and told me to forget it they won't look at it any more.
I'm grateful they appear to have fixed the side issue but wish they would listen to my actual concerns.

I've since spoken to other customers in my area who have had similar problems and experiences.
Although the price of their cars seems reasonable I'm not sure I'd actually buy from them again for this reason.
