21, clean license, 2 years pass, BANNED!

I wanted to join zipcar as i dont have my own car but trying to be a member, every information was correct and was passed for 2 years and no points, it comes out as failure and frozen my account. Shocking and the worst part is they have no answers to give nothing they say "they dont no why and cant do nothing about it". It happened to allot of 21- 23 year olds even with clean license, they also dont give any contact details to call and find out they are run by a computer which just says "fail" and thats it. Look else where
