theft

i was a zipcar member, once i booked a car at the time of pick i noticed it looked battered but was bothered few week later my membership was canceled and they wont tell me why, so i called and after 1 and half hour conversion i manage to figure out that they canceled my membership at some point before my my hire or after my hire some parts went missing and they had no evidence it was me in other words they didn't know who it was so they canceled my membership not even refund my membership cost .
it made feel so bad........
