“Fast efficient service from Doncaster branch”

Slow puncture on a tyre on my Yaris. The booking in process was quick, polite friendly and efficient. I was given all possible outcomes before a free inspection completed. After the inspection, a polite and friendly mechanic advised me that the tyre was okay but not sealing correctly on the rim and the valve was leaking. Cost would be £15 for a rim clean and re-seal, new valve and re-balancing. I agreed and the work was completed as advised. Faultless friendly service. Only criticism was... (read more)

I have never had such bad service or disrespect from a company That claims to have such good credentials ! They fitted me a new set Of front tyres and as I drove off the steering wheel was on practically left Lock while the vehicle was traveling straight , I polightly took the vehicle Back and explained it to the so called qualified mechanic who stated that It must have been like that when I arrived !!! “Brake bulbs”

I'm a taxi driver needed a brake bulb told the assistant make and model got home he had gave me the wrong ones went back a day later they swapped them for the right ones had to go over to the till he could not work the till to swap them another assistant sorted that for him then he got a note book out and told me to fill details in I had had enough by now he told me I was owed 60p I told him forget about the 60p just give me the bulbs I'm working and don't have time for all this he insisted... “Avoid these stores!!!”

It snowed, so I walked to the local one to look at snow chains. Assistant talked me into buying some, but we weren't sure of the right size, so told me I could bring them back if necessary, or if I didn't need them. Tried to take them back a week later unused, as the roads had all been cleared, only to be told I could only have a credit note, as they weren't faulty, so I wasn't entitled to a refund. Manager said that they'd never sell any snow chains if they let people bring them... (read more)

“Excellent Service and Prices - Recommended - Worksop...”

Excellent service. Staff very friendly and helpful. I told them my budget and they brought up all the tyres they had in stock for around the price i was looking to pay. I wasn't pressured into buying certain ones at all. Handed over the keys, went shopping and 45 mins later it was all done. I am going back to these guys for future work as i was very pleased with the service. I would also recommend looking around their shop because prices are also very good in there. (read more)

I took my vehicle to have the radiator pepcock tightened up as I had done a coolant change but could not get to it properly to nip it up, The mechanic carrying out the work proceeded to snap it off and passed me some tigerseal telling me to bodge it. I drove off quite angry understandably, writing a letter of complaint.
