I visited West London Audi to check the Emission Control System warning light. Initial reception was good. They offered tea, etc. The customer care represntative told me that there is no appointment for a week. If i need a replacement car, i will have to wait for another 2 weeks. I requested her to do a diagnostic test at least to find the fault so that i will have some idea about the problem. She refused that saying that it will take at 3 hours to run the test!.
I felt their concept of customer care is poor. I am not visiting them to see the glass building or to drink coffee. If they can not provide emergency repairs in a decent time they should better look at their priorities. The felt the place more like an expensive big hosptial without enough doctors/nurses to see the patients.
