don't use company they wriggle out of paying genuine claims

Bought this cover on a 4* policy. 2 months in my garage diagnosed egr valve problem. Spoke to company, gave them the fault and diagnostic details and they authorised the garage to go ahead but when coming to pay they asked for part to be sent to them which we did. They sent a letter back almost immediately saying no fault found on part!! They couldn't have had time to check it and send that letter ! we asked for the part to be returned to us and it was still in the package we sent it to them in so they couldn't have tested it! The fault was genuine and clearly covered by the policy. The garage called them to reiterated the diagnostic read out but they said tough they will not change their decision! This company takes your money and has no intention of paying out. I probably wouldn't have got such an expensive car without a warranty. I even told the company i couldn't afford to have the work done myself so was relived id taken out the cover unknowing their sharp practices at the time!!! Now im left with a bill from the garage that has had to go on my credit card that I can little afford.
