Tried to make a claim for an engine failure on my Porsche, was greeted by the old wear and tear excuse, by the two guys I dealt with I asked to speak to somebody in management but the refused, I could hear laughing and sniggering down the phone as I was trying to speak the "engineer" I would avoid them at all cost, terrible rude customer service and very unprofessional!!
