Excellent customer service!

I had to have a new drive shaft and ABS sensor fitted to my BMW, the total cost of the repair being £420-odd. it was only when filing away the invoice that I came across my WMS 5-star warranty document - I had forgotten I had renewed the policy last year after all, having been undecided at the time.
I sent an email asking if the claim could be met retrospectively and was delighted when I received a telephone call only 37 minutes later(!) from one of your advisers, who told me that he had spoken to his manager and was able to confirm that, on this occasion, my claim would be paid, subject only to a lower labour rate.
The cheque arrived three days later and I would just like to say a huge thank you to your company for being so accommodating in this matter and for dealing with my problem so promptly.
So many companies (especially in the insurance industry, dare I say?!) could learn so much from your customer service standards.
