Posted my Rover 75 ECU late on a Friday for testing. ECU Doctor rang me on Tuesday to advise that ignition circuit blown. Also suggested a possible cause or causes. Repaired unit delivered back to me the following morning. Car started but misfired on one cylinder. Took ECU Doctor's advice and traced it to a faulty coil/spark plug cap. Car now running perfectly again. Simply excellent service with costs exactly as expected. Highly recommended

Posted my MGZTT/Rover 75 2.0 CDTI unit for testing, analysis and diagnosed as water ingress damage and badly corroded. Rebuild etc carried out 72 hrs later unit was back with me at a cost of £244. My mechanic fitted unit on car and hey presto, starts first time, sailed through MOT with flying colours. Just noticed when about to drive off 3 dashboard display lights permanently on? Handbrake?, Airbag fault light and other yellow/amber light. Could this be something else sinister or connected? Anyone? I'll be ringing the Doctors in the morning fairly sure they'll have remedy

What can i say but a tremendous salute to the ECU Doctor. These folks are not just ECU doctors, they are truly sensational highly talented and absolutely good people. They know their job inside out for real. My MG-ZTT (I refuse to call it a Rover 75) was down and out, in my garage for over 6 months, while local mechanic tried and failed to properly diagnose the problem. Whilst browsing on the owners forums, BIG THANKS TOO. I located the symptoms and was immediately recommended to get the unit shipped off to plymouth, which i did with full details to assist in problem solving. Within 4-5 days my unit was fixed, sorted and returned. BOOM BOOM! Fitted, car started first time and other glow plug relay issue was quietly fixed by replacing the water damaged part. Altogether a fantastic job well worth the £244 (inc of vat). No hesitation in recommending these people to others. SAY AGAIN! A BIG BIG THANK YOU FROM THE NORTH-EAST

3 dashboard lights problem all sorted now. Previous mechanic caused faults by forgetting to replace ABS plug? Also earth connection was left exposed? Hmmm Could have been major issue if not for the ECU Doctor folks recommending a local garage they knew would find and fix the issues. A BIG THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN! YOU'RE LIFE SAVERS AND TOP CLASS FOLK
