Have just purchased a new Skoda Citigo. I had really supportive help and advice from the salesperson. I was nervous about driving an automatic on test drive as this was a new experience for me. I was treated in such a way that most of the stress went away and I did not feel a fool as I'd expected to. It was also good to be able to email with additional questions and to have them answered fully. I felt supported through the whole process and as a pensioner who had been driving the same car for 9 years, this was really important to me. I'd certainly recommend the person whom I dealt with.
