Good morning

Thank you for your review. I think I have found your vehicle that was repaired with us, was it the Hitchin site? If so I can see we sent a text messages to keep you updated about the repairs but there may have been an issue with Enterprise Rent a Car?

If you could confirm this is correct I will speak with Enterprise.

A couple of texts do not constitute an update. I had no view on what work was being done, how far it had progressed and in fact it was only through me calling your site and asking for progress that I had a view that it would be was going to take to complete.
