Very efficient service, car looks in a very good condition following an accident it was involved in. Customer service kept me informed of the timeframes throughout (although it was taken for a long time, It's better to have the service done properly) would recommend this company and thank Avila for sorting this for me. Paperwork did come back in my mothers name when I am infact the policy holder and been the one having multiple communications with Solus. This will need to be rectified.
