Car was booked in for a date of our choice with the option of collection or we drop it off. Chose the latter, dropped off on a Monday but had a phone call Tuesday morning saying that another part needed to be ordered and might delay the process. Whole job was completed in 7 working days which, allowing for the parts delay, was acceptable to us.
Very good communications from the office staff throughout the period they had the car. All the paperwork was easily handled. Found the staff very easy to deal with, friendly, bubbly and helpful. A great job all round - many thanks to all at Solus Birmingham (Wednesbury).
