When the car eventually got into Solus for repair,the communication was first class,BUT- My accident was at 8 am Wednesday,reported by 9 am insurance guy said it may be still early enough to get a courtesy car,no call till later that day arranged for car to be collected/delivered Friday,they missed three different times that day,promised me Saturday morning and blew out again. Eventually got a car Monday morning,smelt disgusting and hardly drove it.
