Fantastic convenient service!

I was a little apprehensive at the thought of handing out my keys at first having had no face to face contact with anyone but having had the vehicle service done I cannot fault it at all. Servicestop really impressed me! I bought a second hand car recently and wanted to make sure it was service and running in good order.

From the start the communication was fantastic, I had reminders sent to my phone and email, and on the day I had the mechanic call to finalise a time. My mechanic came with a very cheery smile, and clearly enthusiastic which made a change from the usual places I used to go to. He was a very friendly chap. Furthermore, they met me in my office so I really didn't have to go anywhere! I picked the full comprehensive service which checked and did a lot of work to the car.

Once the service was done, servicestop rang with the report who told me I needed a bit of work to replace my brake pads and discs and a tyre needed replacing soon due to low grip. I already knew this work was needed to be done as the discs were substantially corroded. The mechanic took the time to show me exactly where the problems occurred and explained the issues. Everything made sense and he was very clear.

In conclusion, extremely competitive prices, great customer service and communication. And to top it off, extremely convenient. Absolutely faultless. I would highly recommend.
