Great online reminder system, nice guy who picks up the car and drops it off but in between that, not great!
My car was booked in for Mot and service, a guy calls me to reel off a list of advisory repairs that need doing before even telling me whether the car passed its Mot! The car did pass without any advisory Information, so why do I need new brake pads, renew brake fluid, check and renew anti freeze, spark plugs and a new cam belt!
If its being serviced I would at least expect some anti freeze!!
I will not be using this service again I only tried it as my husband is working abroad and he normally arranges for the cars to be serviced and checks anti freeze and water, oil levels etc himself.
In future I will be asking exactly what is done in a full car service so as then you can shop around!
