Not as convenient as it seems

After some initial booking issues, things went fairly smoothly with regards to booking car in for full Service & MOT. Communication on the day was very good until delivery time. Quoted price of £124 more than tripled after adding additional work, partly to pass MOT and that's fine. However I don't understand why a garage based in Chertsey is being used for pick up in Windsor, meaning if something goes wrong with traffic you are stuck waiting. Now there was an accident which cannot be forseen, but it delayed the delivery by at least 2hrs now. I am still waiting at work. Am pretty sure I will get a dirty car back as despite paying £400 today, it will not include a complimentary car-wash. I've used Servicing Stop before and received the car back dirty. Maybe it's best, I choose a local garage directly next time and get more value for money. Be aware, this might not be as convenient as it seems. Double check distance of the garage used! pick up time mentioned was between 8-10am, they came at 9.45. Drop off between 4-6pm, it's after 7.10pm now and I am still waiting at work.
