When I booked this, I expected the car to be collected on a low loader not driven to the garage 15 miles away. My car is a private hire taxi and I'm the only person insured to drive it so I had to take out extra insurance for the day to allow the guy collecting the car to drive it legally which cost me £50 bumping up the price to £125 for the service.

I was told the car would be returned between 4-6pm but when I went to do the school run between 2:15-3:15, the car was dropped off with the key posted through the letterbox in pieces on my ceramic floor tiles.

I wasn't too pleased with the oil on one side of the car either.

I know this isn't Service Stop's fault as they didn't carry out the service themselves but I don't think they should be using their partner (The Unit, Haydock) again if they do this to all their clients as it will give them a bad name.
