The car was collected by a very nice chap, but he had no paperwork for me which made me a bit uncomfortable handing over my car and letting him drive away with it. This could have been easily sorted if he came with a collection sheet you could keep to reassure me the car wasn’t being stolen.
The car did arrive safely at the allotted garage and the service went with minimal hitch, I was stung for the extra £25 for the special oil but that was correct. I also paid for an air filter, but again thats fair enough.
The car was returned to my address at 6pm in good order.
I got the MOT certificate, but no full tick sheet for the service and I expected one and to be honest I was a little disappointed it wasn't standard to give the customer details of what had been done to the car!
That said, it was a good overall experience and very convenient.
