This was my first trial of 'Servicing Stop', I liked the concept and since my car needed both servicing and MOT, both of which were competitively priced, it seemed like a good time to give it a try. What I liked was the clear description of what to expect, it almost sounded too easy, especially as I was able to choose a date just two days away. Still, the day came, the car was collected as expected. During the day the garage rang about the need for new brake pads and revised cost.Agreed the additional work and later received an e-mail to initiate payment. That evening my car was returned, with new MOT and servicing schedule signed off. Job done.
The service was absolutely as described and the communication through the process was excellent. I have no qualms about recommending to others and fully expect to return next year. So glad I decided to give Servicing Stop a trial.
