I booked an MOT & service online a month in advance.
On the day the garage arrived LATE to collect my vehicle.
I waited and at after four in the afternoon I received a call from servicestop as they had just heard from the garage.
There were a few items to do following the service. I was told the repairs would be done immediately and so I agreed and paid in full there and then.
In fact the garage had to drive my car on the motorway to another garage who had the parts.
I waited for the return of my vehicle by 6pm as I had planned an evening out.
After 8pm I began to make phone calls to servicestop asking where my car was.
The garage had left the MOT doc and keys with people on site at 8pm, but did not tell me.
At 9pm I found my car and it was too late to go out.
The service book had not been completed or stamped.
My fuel tank was completely empty.
GIVE A WIDE BIRTH TO servicestop.co.uk !
